Shipping and Refund Policy

All orders received require one full business day for processing and packing before being shipped. Standard delivery time is 2-7 business days. We do not ship internationally or to Hawaii and Alaska at this time.

We stand fully behind our products. If you are not 100% satisfied, contact info@drinkhoist.com to initiate the refund process. We ask that you share why you are requesting a refund, your name and order confirmation number. Only unopened packages with the seal intact that are returned within 30 days of purchase will receive a refund. Opened or damaged packages are not eligible for returns. We will apply the refund after inspection of the returned order. HOIST is not responsible for the return cost of shipping.
